*No refunds only exchanges or requests for parts.

*Product exchanges are only possible for products with factory errors.

*To file a request for an exchange please send an email to marysjoya@gmail.com 

Please include: Order # , Product Code (Ex. PN-34) , and a picture of the factory error product. 

ALL CASES WILL BE REVIEWED IN 2 OR 3 BUSINESS DAYS

*After receiving your package there is a 24 hour window to make a claim regarding missing or damaged products.

*Exchanges will not be done for products such as any type of chains/necklaces and bracelets that have issues with the end clasps. You can request new clasps for your next order. 

*We do encourage you to buy your own set of fixing materials such as tweezers, cleaning

cloths, jewelry clasps to fix jewelry.

*If a product is out of stock or it has a factory error before your package is sent. We will call the phone number provided, if there is no answer there will be an exchange for a similar product.
